I thought I can move on with my grief by performing Lost and writing it down, but it hit hard on me backstage after I left the stage.

It’s still there.

I feel that I saw her standing on the audience stage left near the door, i can see her white curly hair…

And that has hit me hard. But thank you Grandma.

For literary, everything.

I will always love you x – Read on Path.

So much love and hard work put into this IP. I am forever grateful with the experience that I have, the memories that we shared, and the long journey that we had together. Our Statements of Grief has a lot ups and downs but we ended up with an up! What a major success that we had. I was about to wait to post photos and comments like this but seeing the photos that I have in my phone I couldn’t resist to make something like this. It’s so special and we bonded together in those 6 weeks of rehearsal. I’ve learned a lot as a director from you guys. What an extremely talented people and joy to work with. I can say that I’m in love with my actors! When you put God into the work, He will show you the way. :) love you all xx PS: we still have one final thing to do….😁 You all know what it is 😎 #StatementsofGrief #IP #WesleyInstitute #ActingUpSeason2

Just realized that even tho my family couldn’t be here with me for my IP, but God is so good.

He sent awesome audiences to see my IP, like my chiropractor doctor, John Leung (Wesley’s Finance Dept, he just got back from China and I was begging him to come and take photos of season 2 IP), my Wesley friends and cast members family, my dearest friends in Sydney, School of Drama, Mark Stephens, and he even send the writer of The Dead Sun to watch my IP on Sat Matinee!

That’s like having Harry Styles come and watching my show!

So blessed to have this professional directing experience.
I’m used to work with amateur actors where we don’t even have our own rehearsal space, our own team, our own stage manager, producer, etc.

This experience truly a blessing. I realized that I’ve been micromanaged a lot of stuff in my IP, like the lighting cues, the makeup, etc

I realize that I don’t have to actually do that / over complicate stuff like trying to defined grief from the complicate makeup drawings or lighting cues to create the atmosphere… Because the professional actor it self has done their part with their amazing work.

I just have to sit back, watch, and be the director. 😎 #loveit #directing #theatremaking – Read on Path.
